Thanks Mike for this recipe, everything turned out great. Had one bottle explode out of 60, in the stove top pasteurization pot, other then that it was smooth sailing. I used Indian Summer Apple Juice, Nottingham yeast with 3 cans of concentrate for the first batch, ended up with about 9.5% abv...

Pretty new to home brewing and just made a batch of this. My friend put in frozen concentrate instead of the thawed ones I had. It brought the cider to a pretty low temp. Does anyone have an idea on how long it will carb, if it carbs?

Picked up some Sunday in the Chicago burbs. Pressed in front of me at $7.00 a gallon. I'm going to mix it with some store bought stuff and hope it turns out.
