Can bottle conditioning fix my hazy beer?

Once they are carbed, fridge temp should do. I tend to stick them in "normal people" fridge which is closer to 34F than my "beer" fridge which I keep closer to 38-40F as that is where I like most of my beer.

Can bottle conditioning fix my hazy beer?

Time and cold should be your friend, I've done no-chill that have come out clear. You could also try gelatin?

    Group buy New England ?

The SPARGE homebrew group (Springfield-Northampton MA area) is buying and picking up at our meeting in June at Valley Malt (Holyoke, MA).. Grains are running ~$1/lb by the sack for those that are interested. Our next meeting to get the order in is the 2nd Tuesday of May at 6:30PM at Two Weeks...

Why didn't anyone ever tell me to buy a grain mill sooner

Our homebrew club has started buying from a local supplier, as long as we do more than 500#, we get base grains and some others anywhere from $.96-$1.07/lb.. vs ~$3.00/lb at the LHBS so I guess if I had a 10lb grain bill, I'm going from ~$30 in grain to ~$10 in grain. a $100 grain mill see ROI...

    Oxebar Keg?

I do like the Oxebar system as a low-cost solution, They work great most of the time. Great format and footprint, just need to be a little careful on concrete, and when cleaning that you don't flip a full one to dump(the vacuum will collapse it pretty quick). I can't wait to order some of the 4L...

    R.I.P. @Bracconiere

RIP Bracc. Don't know too many consciously working towards drinking(on a budget)... Just (almost) poured one out, then though "What a waste of beer", so I had one in his honor.

    Some authentic Belgian wit recipes?

Good to know, Next can of Allagash will be stored similarly. What else have you used it in? Working on a freezer collection now, I think it is fast approaching my time being worth less than the insane cost of yeast these days.

    Some authentic Belgian wit recipes?

My efficiency has been a little low. Trying out a new bottom draining mash tun and haven't gotten it dialed in yet, so I just add some more grain. I used the lotus because I'm trying to work through some of the ~35lbs of hops in my freezer before buying more and it looked like it might add...

Advice on how to enjoy homebrewing over the years without becoming an alcoholic.

This is all great advice. Though I think that classifying it under "level of self control" might be a little harsh to those with an addiction. Maybe sharing your concerns with family and friends that can be honest with you(in person). Taking seriously when someone brings a concern to you. Yes...

    Some authentic Belgian wit recipes?

Just out of curiosity, do you have any source on this? I know Belgians tend to like the un-malted wheat, and I've seen several references in some of the wild-ale/sour side of things, but not anything particular on other beers. I've never seen anything using >50% un-malted wheat before. In my...
