Hey,
So I did a coopers kit with some added hops. Boiled some DME 3lb and did the hop additions. Then added the coopers kit and racked. I have a refractometer and at that time I tested the OG. It was 1035, which is a little lower than I thought it would be. But either way I pitched my yeast...
One thing I am thinking about now is when I steeped the specialty grains for this kit. I screwed up and steeped it in only one gallon of water. I meant to put at least two gallons in for the boil. I'm assuming that maybe that had something to do with my problem??

Ok, made a noob mistake here. I used priming sugar AND carbed my beer by shaking it with the CO2 pressure. Dumb, i know. So, now i have over carbed beer. I pulled it oof CO2 and released the pressure off the keg over the last day. Question is.....what do i do next? Do i let it sit?
Thanks

Thanks in advance!
