Try actually brewing the coffee just like you normaly would to drink it and adding that to your secondary to taste.

Most welding supply shops will either fill your bottle or exchange it with a full one. Another option is a place that fills fire extinguishers. If you are considering setting up a kegging system go with the bigger bottle you won't regret it.

rice is an adjunct used quite often because it is much cheaper than malted barley. Most asian beers I have tasted I would characterize as Light bodied highly carbonated with little or no Malt or hop flavor. It would not surprise me if a good majority of the grain bill was indeed rice or rice...

Sounds very interesting to me. I haven't messed with fruit beers. Do you actually get pineapple flavor at all or just the tartness from the acid? My favorite beer I brew is a pale ale with LOTS of cascades. I like the citrus flavor they give. mmmmmm...............Ice cold pabst...
