Has anyone determined if the steam slayer is capable of interfacing with the foundry lid? I'm wondering if it could be installed in the distillation port in the lid. I getting ready to pull the trigger on a system, but am trying to consider brewing with the system while I wait for it to come...
Hi guys! I have little experience with saisons, but I've decided to brew one and wouldn't mind having some more experienced brewers give the recipe a look. The base recipe is the strong version of Raison D'Saison from Brewing Classic Styles.

I've been using one step as a sanitizer. I know I should use an actual sanitizer like StarSan, but I'm moving soon and the movers won't transport it.

Hi guys! Longtime lurker, first time poster. I've made a porter and it turned sour. I'm trying to work out what the problem was as to avoid it in the future.
This was an all grain 5 gallon batch. Recipe was Northern Brewer's Saint Paul Porter.
