    Completely agree. Great pubs for interesting beers. Also, Brewdog Edinburgh has a "hop cannon". A bit hit or miss but makes some weird and wonderful concoctions. I've been on the a Black Isle Brewery tour. They're an organic brewery based just north of Inverness. Really nice people.
