yopper i was lookin at some of your recipes for whine and seen you do 1 gallon batches 2 ??s for you why 1 gallon and what do you ferment in and rack into? i dont wanna use up a fermentor or carboy for little batches as i have mad beer goin on..
i wanan make a jocky box but have a few ??s.. its goin to have 4 taps on it and its a regular picnic igloo cooler 20 or 30 gallons maybe i wont be able to fit all the stainless steal hose it the cooler to keep cool i guess the ? is how well do the cold plates work?

i recently got 2 full kegs and cut the tops off to bigger brew pots. my question is i dont know anyone that welds or brazes is there a bolt on way i can put a spigot on? i mean i know i can do it but what about o-rings is there a high heat one out there that wont melt during the boil?thanx

mash with 3 gallons of 168f water stir in the grain, close mash once water hits 152f for 60 minutes.
recirculate a few times untill clear then begin collecting into the brew kettle. leave at least 2 inches above grains at al times,continue to add sparge water at 180f for 60-90 minutes...
