Pounded By Hops- A tweak of my IPA recipe

This was the previous attempt: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/todays-brew-untitled-ipa-319546/ 4oz for an IPA, and honestly, it didn't have nearly the aroma characteristics that I wanted. It was good, but not as in your face as I wanted it to be. I think this time, it will be :)

Pounded By Hops- A tweak of my IPA recipe

So I decided to do a tweak of my previous IPA recipe, but this time, it's going to be much, much more hoppy, in aroma, flavor, and bitterness. 10 lbs 2 Row 1 lb Vienna 1 lb Flaked Wheat .5 lb C40 Mash at 156 1 oz Columbus @ 60 minutes .25 oz Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra at 20...

    I need your Simcoe recipes

My last IPA used 4oz of Simcoe: (The full recipe we used was posted on here, search for my threads, you should find it) Hop bill was: 1oz Centennial for bittering (honestly, you can use whatever bittering you like, this was what I had on hand, was 10% AA, IIRC) .75 oz Simcoe and...

    Jackie O's Dynamo Hum clone

So, was looking around for some stuff about the next release at Jackie O's, and stumbled upon an article that Brad had done for Embrace The Funk, and he shared a recipe for their sour raspberry beer Dynamo Hum (which is one of the best beers that Jackie O's makes). So I present to you...

Anyone have Columbus Brewing IPA clone?

They were: 1oz Centennial @ 60 .75 oz Simcoe and Amarillo @ 15 1.25oz Simcoe and Amarillo @ 5 2oz Simcoe and Amarillo 7 days dry hop It came out pretty nice, but I think the Amarillo were a little bit old, as I didn't get nearly as much character out of them as I should have.

    Tominator IPA (extract)

The cold could have killed off the yeast, depending on how cold it was, I had the same problem with my IPA.

    Tominator IPA (extract)

A chiller is definitely the way to go, but in the meantime, you can help yourself by adding table salt to the water before you add ice. It drops the temperature quicker that just adding the ice. Our first batch we cooled using the bathtub, ice and salt, took about 12 minutes to cool from...

Untitled IPA- The Process and Product

I've yet to do an extract brew, all grain is easy enough, I can't imagine the time saving from extract.

Untitled IPA- The Process and Product

It seems to be working well for this beer. Hoping it turns out well.
