Alot of people make pies and garnish drinks with cherries, but have you ever heard of cherry wheat beer? Sure, anyone can make wine out of grapes, but isn't homebrewing also about experimentation? If it can't be done, it can't be done. By the way, there are muscadine cider recipes out there...

Does anyone have a recipe and/or made cider or beer out of muscadine grapes? I have access to free muscadines, and I was wondering how I can make a late summer wheat beer maybe? Or a hard cider? Any help and/or suggestions would be appreciated. Prost! Kevin:mug:

Here is a novice question: I just got a Antec 80mm Tricool Fan with 3 speed switch. My issue is with the three wires, red, black, and white. What do I wire to the +, and wich to the -. I am building my stirplate. Any and all help will be appreciated! Thanks!

I just built my manifold out of CPVC, for a 48 qt rectangle cooler. I haven't drilled or cut slits yet. Questions: Holes or slits, which is more eficient? How far to space for best results? How deep, if cutting slits? Also, I notice some people put a mesh bag around their manifold, does...
