I am a cheesemaker by day, brewer by weekend. I live in Kiel Wisconsin with my beautiful wife, our daughter and our dog. relatively new to homebrewing. First batch was brewed in February 2010. Now it has become more than a hobby, it's a obsession! I've been devouring any information i can on home brewing.
