So would I bag these hops and put them in with the lid on for that time before cooling the wort

Centennial is bittering right So I add that at 60 mins but how do I decide on different ones
Well it's certainly better than my first batch but it has no real hop profile at all

It's 24 hours since I pitched and there is no signs of fermentation yet I pitched at the correct temp
I did top it up but no I don't think I did mix it up before I took the reading
I did put the lid on and shake it about before I pitched the yeast though
