    Bottle conditioning with extra pale dry wheat malt?

    Hex, Your experience may vary, but I recently used dried wheat malt to carbonate a Belgian Tripel (5 gallons). I used one heaping cup and 12 weeks later the beer is still vastly under-carbonated. If I could do it over again, I would use 3-4 cups of wheat malt to carbonate. Good luck.
