Autumn Seasonal Beer Samhain Pumpkin Ale

Laying here working on a bottle of Blue Moon pumpkin ale. Saw it and had to try it for the sake of comparison. Gotta say, mine is better! :p

Autumn Seasonal Beer Samhain Pumpkin Ale

I did this one up as my fourth ever all-grain batch. I have to say it has turned out to be my best so far! Just the right a amount of spicyness and a bitterness that doesn't linger for too long. Beautiful color!

Munich Dunkel AG - chainsaw brewing "death by dunkel"

I put a batch in the bucket last week. Giving it another week before bottling. Can't wait to try it! This was my second AG batch ever so I'm hoping it turns out.

    Brewhouse Kits

Going onto Day 14 of secondary fermentation for the Red Ale kit. So far it smells like beer! Can't wait to get it into a bottle! I also picked up the Munich Dark as well but I think maybe I bit off more than I can chew with a lager for my second beer. Did any of you who did that one...

    Brewhouse Munich Dark Lager hints

Thanks for all the tips! I'm a little nervous now! The last thing I want is my first time to be a complete failure but I think I'll start piecing things together and give it a shot. Just trying to decipher all the info in the yeast calculator to actually give me a number for the starter. Jay

    Brewhouse Munich Dark Lager hints

Hey everyone, I'm a newbie to all home brewing (well, ANY brewing) and I've decided to get my feet wet with the Brew House kit, Munich Dark Lager and Red Ale specifically. The Red Ale is a backup ;) I've had some people ask me why I'm trying a lager as my first beer given it takes a lot...
