8 days seems a little short for the primary. Is that what the recipe you're working from says to do?
No bubbling after 16 hours is a little concerning. How long did you watch it? My airlock is usually flowing hard in the 24 - 48 hour window. Are you sure the basement floor is in the 60's?
My screen doesn't appear the same as the one in the screen shot. When I scroll over the icon it says edit/delete but when I click it I only have edit options.
Anyone else?
Gave this one a try last night. My efficiency was low. I know why I didn't hit my gravity but my question is how much should I adjust hop schedule for a batch that ended up around 1.065?

Based on my recent experience the washers need to be bigger than the nipple so they can fit over it and make the inside and outside pieces fit tightly when screwed together.
I used flat washers for the outside and a fender for the inside SS washer but this was mostly because that's what I...
Has anyone noticed that when they're trying to research a topic that a google search will often produce a link to an ideal HBT discussion but the same search on HBT, especially when using the app, doesn't produce the same discussion? I changed the search setting to prioritize relevancy but I'm...
