Thanks for the replies. The beer is at about 68-70 degrees. In the meantime I called the local brewshop (HomeBrew USA in Norfolk, VA). They advised me to move the beer to a warmer room, wrap it in a blanket, and give it another day.
I will try to swirl the fermenter.

I did this conversion yesterday and just wanted to let everyone know that it went great. However, my freon line was almost 8" from the back. I just shifted my hole 3/4" forward and it worked great. Pictures to follow...
I am interested in either purchasing a kegerator, or building one. Are those Sanyo Kegerators okay for homebrew? Can I fit 2 cornys in it? What additional equipment will I need to buy?

I got a brew kit from Grape and Granary for Christmas, along with a Red Irish Ale kit. I brewed it yesterday and today I have bubbles! I'm very excited that I didn't kill the yeast, as I was quite worried.
