For me it all started with Sierra, then I went to the Goathill Tavern (140 beers on tap) My buddy had just started bartending there, I proceeded to try every beer I could.

Brewing an AB Clone using all Chinook... Bottling a nice IPA thats been in the secondary 3 weeks

I really like the taste of Chinnook, love the bite... But I don't want it to overpower the others...

I realize Chinook is primarily a bittering hop but I was wondering if anyone has used them to dry hop?

Thanks for the advice, I actually have a pound of caravienna and a pound of 2 row. Im planning on doing a mini mash with them.

I have 2 ounces each of Amarillo (sp) Chinook, & Cascade. Also have 10lbs pale LME and a slurry of wlp001. Dose anyone have an Idea how this might turn out or perhaps a good hop schedule? Looking for a good hoppy IPA Thanks for Any Help. J

For me there's nothing worse then Miller Light.... To many drunk college nights to say anything too bad about natty of Keystone ..

I think an Oxyclean solution would work well. It will take the lables off as well. Make sure you rinse really well....
