I live in Grand Forks, ND (one of the coldest cities in the lower 48) and ordered from midwestsupplies.com (awesome) when we had temps around -20 to -30. The smack pack that I ordered inflated beautifully!!!
I have been extracting brewing for about half a year and I want to take the next step: Kegging or All Grain. Any suggestions? I can only do one for now.

I am in the process of brewing my second batch. On brew day I had five gallons in the primary and before I transferred to the secondary there was only four and a half gallons. Is this normal?
