I have two questions:
1. are these US gallons or imperial gallons? Or put it another way, how many litres in your gallons?
2. any problem with using an aluminium pressure cooker?
i am brewing an amber ale for the first time and am wondering what would be a good priming sugar for it........i was thinking of using cane sugar but was not exactly sure how much to boil and how much water to boil it in?......... i was also thinking of using molasses.
any suggestions would be...
