i agree with Bobby. I got a nice second degree burn on the top of my foot from brewing in Crocs - with socks. I know i'm a fashionista. lol - I got that from opening up a camlock when a hose was filled with boiling water. it dumped right out of the hose and pump right on top of my foot. not my...
I have no idea which one goes against the ridges, but it's 50 plates - it's going to chill the eff out of your wort no matter what. My sticker had no such markings.
I've done In-1/Out-3 and In-3/Out-1 and In-2/Out-4 and In-4/Out-2 - they all cooled the wort down seriously quick.
i bent my dip tube so it picks up more on the side instead of in the center. i've never had a single clog - lots of break material and hops make it into my fermenter, but it settles out during fermentation.

Check out kegconnection for your keg/draft needs. they rock and their customer service is top notch!

I have two batches that are tied for worst. Ed Wort's Pale Ale - ordered from Brewmaster's Warehouse with the Bee Cave Brewery label and everything. Probably would've been fine if I hadn't fermented it at about 85-90 degrees in our spare bedroom during the summer. Tasted like a huge banana fart...
I believe that Paulaner released this beer for the 200th anniversary of Oktoberfest. Hence the special packaging. It's a single 1L can inside of a glass 1L stein (that they use at Oktoberfest). And I think it's actually spelled "Wies'n"
Yes, I know it's a lager. And i'm looking for an all-grain...
