I just found a couple of 6 month old Stouts I brewed that were terrible when I brewed them but tasted great today. How long should I let my beer sit before I drink it?
I use a 6 gallon plastic carboy for secondary and a 6.5 gallon pail for primary. If your doing 5 gallon batches you don't want to leave too much head space.
