In the Brewer's Best recipe it states that one should not squeeze the steeping bag. When i was at the local do it yourself brewery, they told me to squeeze the heck out of the steeping bag. What gives?
I am using the same kit! After a week i am sitting at 1.025. I am going to ride it out for a bit longer! Let me know how this kit works out for you and i will do the same.
Thanks for the positive feedback! I will let it go for a while and take a S.G. in another week or two and determine whether or not i should add yeast! But adding yeast would not hurt anyways?
