I have brewed on and off for about 10 years. i am an exract brewer, but have recently purchased equipment and grain to begin extracting my own malt.
I brew with my lovely fiance Shiloh. she is new to brewing but has been asking for us to start for over a year.
We have one child, Matt, who is 10. he is also beginning to learn the basics of brewing.
