Smallest Chest Freezer that will hold 3 kegs?

That would be great, thanks. And thank you to everyone else who replied, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be getting the GE 7.0 cf freezer soon. Cheers

Smallest Chest Freezer that will hold 3 kegs?

Thanks for the responses, I think I am going to look at the GE 7cf. emetcalf, do you have any pictures of your setup?

Smallest Chest Freezer that will hold 3 kegs?

I'm looking to build a kegerator, or I guess more technically, a keezer. I'm looking for a freezer that will fit 3 kegs, a tower, and won't require a collar. It looks like the Holiday 5.0 from the size thread will fit three, but I've read that the design of this freezer has changed and the shelf...

    Bugs in Beer?

Working on it, maybe I'll get lucky and they won't show up again.

    Bugs in Beer?

Well, as expected the bleach obliterated everything in the bottle, and I haven't found any in the airlock in my secondary yet. The only thing I can figure is some got in when the bottles were drying and laid eggs, or the beer was already contaminated. If the later was true, I would have figured...

    Bugs in Beer?

Its a standard three piece airlock with like 6 holes in the top to let air in and out. I'm pretty sure they are not fruit flies, at least not the ones I'm used to. They didn't want to wash out of the bottle I found them in and I was too lazy to find my bottle brush, so I am currently bleaching...

    Bugs in Beer?

Ok, so I've been brewing for about 6 months now, and one thing I noticed is this tiny little bugs were getting into my airlocks, they would somehow get in, have no way to get out and up dead. Ok, not a big issue, I just switched from water to vodka in my airlock. The bugs still got in, but I...

    Beer getting worse?

I agree, although I've never used a no boil kit, it just doesn't make sense to me to make a beer without boiling the wort

2 Different tastes: Botttled Extracts and Kegged AG

I am currently doing extract brews and bottling. I noticed a pretty significant improvement in flavor when I switched to a liquid yeast, so my vote would be to that. Also, I have a friend that does all grain brews, and I personally don't think that his beers taste any better then mine.

Yeast going crazy, kinda wondering why

Thanks, yes, there is thermometer on the outside, its sitting around 68-70 degrees. I figured it was just very active fermentation, I was just worried that overactive fermentation could lead to off flavors. Considering my primary is a 7 gallon bucket, I'd never been worried about needing to...

Yeast going crazy, kinda wondering why

Ok, so a little background, I just started my third brew, brewed and stored yesterday. This afternoon, I went down to check to see if fermentation had started. I immediately knew something was off because I could smell the beer. I check the airlock and its filled with beer! So, I RDWHAHB, and...

As always... Should I worry about sterilization?

Thanks for the advice. I did mean sanitation, but i'm usually a little off in the morning :cross: I figured adding it when the wort was still hot would be good enough to kill any excess bacteria, but I figured I see if anyone else had any experience with it

As always... Should I worry about sterilization?

Ok, so the next brew I'm doing is a winter warmer, now, apart from actually finding the ingredients for sale, I also have another worry. You guessed it, sterilization. The recipe is going to include the following ingredients: Ginger, Grated Orange Peels (Homemade, not store bought) Cinnamon...

    Brewing with Coffee

I think I'm going to try cold brewing the coffee and then adding it to either the primary of secondary (since most people seem to be suggesting it). Now to just choose the type of coffee, maybe either a Kenya AA or Sumatra.

    Brewing with Coffee

Thanks for the advice, I've heard that adding coffee early in the process (primarily while boiling the wort) doesn't do much besides make your beer bitter. One thought I had was to added some course ground coffee during either the first or second fermentation (either by straining it out or using...
