I'm in Mundelein so that might make a lot of sense if you're willing. My order shouldn't break your car by itself...but it's always good to travel with a few homebrews in the trunk to be ready for any emergency.

Fyi, I may have found (or caused) a problem in the database. I originally ordered 1# of zythos, then when we found out that citra/amarillo were unavailable I went back to up my Zythos order by a couple pounds. I clicked the "+" button in my existing Zythos line item, and it upped the quantity...

Related note, I just updated the database to pick up a few more pounds, so I assume the spreadsheet will be updated again today/tomorrow...hopefully the buy isn't closed just yet! Also added an 11# split of GR Hallertau - maybe some people going for US Hallertau want to switch over?

I'll second that, I'd be in for 1lb of simcoe, but 3.67 is overkill for me. Can we reconfigure that split?

Ok in that case I'll drop my order to 1lb of cascade (we'll be at 9lbs so hopefully we'll still get to 11). I'd rather not be brewing with 1+ yr old hops by the time I get to that 2nd pound.

I'll take 2 lbs of Cascade. Quick (dumb questions): is it from the 2012 harvest, and how do we divy up the 11lb box? Anyone have a vacuum bag setup?
