How did the basket feel when it was hanging on the side of the pot? I was a little worried about the weight when I first saw your design. I think I am going to have to order one of these soon because I really do not like using the various BIAB grain bags.

That's a good point... I wonder if there could be condensation on the grains due to the temperature fluctuation.
