I just drank Lil Sumpin Sumpin from the bottle and Avery's The Reverend from a Whataburger cup that previously held Dr. Pepper. I moved and all my glassware is packed up in one of these 9000 boxes, WHAT?!

The only thing better than Sculpin, is Sculpin in a can (or Sculpin on tap at the brewery, but whatever)

How'd you like the Deep Ellum? They make some good stuff. The Farmhouse Wit, Rye Pils, and IPA are good stuff as well. Haven't bothered with the blonde yet.

Finally got around to trying hopadillo in a mixed 6. I think someone got some bad citra or something cause I'm getting some onion and cat piss off this one. That's unfortunate, I know this one gets decent reviews. Looks like I got a bad can.

15-16 here in Dallas. I stopped buying it so often because of that, but every once in a while I need some Sculpin.

Damn it 3 Beans is good. Must grab more before they run out.

Deep Ellum Farmhouse Wit. It's a cross between a Saison and a Wit. One of their yeasts is throwing off a little bit of sulfur but other than that I enjoy the tartness, spices, and crackery pils malt character.

Last day of work at the old job, so I picked up some Sculpin to celebrate. New gig starts Monday. I need to brew a clone, I need a friggin keg of this.

Love Maudite. It's a favorite of mine.

I like the Prairie Ale better, it's a straight up saison, but the Prairie Hop is good too. Lots of noble hop character.

Second Prairie beer. Both very good!

Giving Austin Beerworks Fire Eagle IPA a try. First beer I've had from them. I'm impressed, I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this good. A well crafted beer for sure. The only ding is that I don't think Columbus and Amarillo is really a great hop combo, and those are the two that stand out...

This one has always been the sweet spot for me. I like it better than the 6 and the 10.
