BS will convert automatically for you. If you use 31 ounces of something, type in 31 oz and it will convert it for you. Same with all the other measurements. What ever you set your defaults to, it will convert them for you.

Thank you for the reply but I'm not sure I want to do that as it will skew my other numbers. I see where it will give me exactly what I'm looking for, but at the cost of other incorrect readings. Hmmm....
This is how I do it for version 2.0.
1. Make a profile for 2.5 or 3 gallons.
2. Make a copy of the 5 gallon recipe you want to scale.
3. Open the copy and under "profile", click on pull down menu and select the profile you want.
