I batch sparge. My efficiency sucks (like 65%) but I think it has to do with the crush of the grain since it dropped when I moved and started going to a new LHBS.

Hey, we don't like BMC. Do you think they care? I have gotten enough compliments on my beer that if someone doesn't like it I chalk it up to them not liking the style. Nothing wrong with that.

Oh yeah, and Cedar Mountain Lager. Not only is it terrible I had to drink it warm.

I just picked up a 15 gallon pot and do 5 batches in it all the time. Only problem is that the wort is so shallow that the wort chiller is only half submerged. I got mine for $50 at a flea market in Northern CA.

The Vinator and bottle tree is the BEST! It makes sanitizing very easy.
