I just want to admit to something here. I had brewed up a tart cherry stout (7.8%ish) according to maths. This was in addition to 15 other gallons of beer I made for a buddies wedding. So crunch time comes and I force carb the 15 gallons and bottle it all up and ship it off to my buddies...
lol indeed it is, Squirrel Fire Craft Beer, since 2006. <sips beer> "It all started during the great fire of 1969 when the entire eastern seaboard's power was knocked out..." the story is always changing/made up but the end result is the same.
Did you experiment or get anywhere with this? I have been looking at some sparkling water ideas and clearly canadian always comes to mind but I have no clue where to start other than just chuckin juices around until I get somewhere. Would love to nail a really nice black cherry.
