    Looking for a blackberry recipe.

I made a blackberry soda using frozen berries, carbed with yeast. I went about it just like any fruit soda... simmer the berries for about 15 minutes, strain the pulp and seeds, add sugar to taste, cool, pitch the yeast, bottle until firm, chill, enjoy. The berries had good flavor, but not...

    Good cola receipe?

I've tried recipes similar to that (with vanilla bean, cinnamon, and lime), but I've never made a cola that tasted much like the real thing. I've even used Kola nut powder, which is actually a little bitter. I think caramel caramel would help (psychologically at least) since they always look...

    Filtering soda before bottling

I filter through cheesecloth before adding yeast and bottling. Like dataz said, you will get the sediment from yeast though. On occasion I will filter out of the bottle, also using cheesecloth.

Cream Soda Recipe with vanilla extract

Hi guys! I've been making soda the past few months, and here's a couple of websites I've used: Do it yourself: Brew Better Soda at Home Brewing Root Beer They don't provide a lot of useful recipes, but still, it's a decent starting point. I think Creswell's book is also a great...
