    Full Hard Lemonade recipe

I'm two weeks into this recipe. Fermentation took about a week, then I sweetened and it's been sitting and clearing for another week. Tastes a bit yeasty. Is it just too soon, or did I mess it up somehow? Only deviation from the recipe was I replaced the 2.5 lb corn sugar with 2 lb cane...

    Substitution Question

Have a recipe calling for corn sugar, which I've not seen at the supermarket. Can I substitute corn syrup for corn sugar? If so, what amount of corn syrup should I use to replace a pound of corn sugar?

    Brew Control Question

OK then, sounds like I need to do more homework on yeasts, especially if I want a lower ABV. Thanks for the feedback

    Brew Control Question

I'd like to learn how to control my brewing better. Rather than having to treat my brew with chemicals so I can back sweeten, as most folks seem to prefer, I'd rather brew it to the desired FG. From what I've read, I think this can be calculated out. If I'm looking for a FG of 1.025 say, and...
