Update on mine. Finally was able to find some time tonight to make good progress. Got the wheels installed, door installed (need smaller latches, though. All wood cut and installed, and 3 of the 6 sides of foam insulation are cut and installed.

This is the Ranco temp controller I will be using, along with a 16 ga. extension cord I'm going to chop in half and use as the input/output for the Ranco. You can also see I put in a 3/8" cord clamp/strain relief at the bottom of the Ranco. The hole is 1/2" but my Home Depot didn't...
