I brewed an ipa with Voss Kveik and to me it reduced the hop bitterness and gave it more juicy orange flavor, so trying to get a 70 ibu ipa tasted like a hazy ipa

Overcarbed and or hot beer (over 37 degrees)

If you want a fruity taste, i suggest adding Willamette hops instead of just Hallertau

I never have seen bubbles, but my grandfather used to brew sahti, so you get it all with open fermentation. So bubbles or not, don't sweat it. I put my wort in a bucket, sprinkle the yeast on the wort, loosely cover the bucket, and walk away

26 ibu will have no bitterness

2 week fermentation, solid sanitization, and carb drops, you can't go wrong

I like IPA's. Voodoo Ranger Juice Force. I tend to brew IPA's with a hop stand of Amarillo and Galaxy hops

Looks like a brown ale. I tend to gravitate to lower srm malts. Perhaps 1 lb crystal 80 and 1/2 lb crystal 40, or get some roast malt in there with Maris otter
