    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

    Just brewed my first 5 gallons of this Saturday. here's the recipe I used 3 gallons organic pasteurized apple juice 2 gallons water 3lb Light DME 2lb brown sugar 1oz cascade hops (30 min boil, added hops at 30 mins as well) 1/2 tsp of apple pie spice at 10 min! smells amazing did 4 gallons...
