    Well I was thinking maybe cascade as they are a pretty good dual pupose hop and i have plans of doing some pale ales Also I was thinking centennial as they are a close cousin as far as taste and aroma but will add a little more AA's to kick it up a notch when I want.

    Thanks for the quick reply.. I should have made sure the thermometer was calibrated in some ice water first to make sure it was accurate.. I do have a strip thermometer on the side of my primary but I can never easily read it so I thought I would attempt to upgrade... Looking at that the 66F...
