If i use potassium sorbate when i finish fermenting can i still carb in a bottle? ?

As title says the flavor as gone ive had them in bottles for about 4 months now will the flavor come back or will i be left with this bitter taste forever? ? many thanks in advance

Ive started a mixed fruit cider with around 33oz og fruit in primary will i need toadd more fruit when racking to give more flavor or should it have enough flavor from thr primary many thanks in advance jamie
