I have a question on brewpots, i looking to upgrade from my economy kettle to either a 8 or 10 gallon megapot w/ ball valve & weldless thermometer or a 10 gallon blichmann boilermaker. Does anyone have any comments on either, or what brewpot do you use or prefer?

Yeah, i missed another meetings as well, seems like everytime i get hyped to attending one of these meetings, something else pops up. On a better side, i was able to get my 1st brew, brewed this weekend, and would like to start another one, after i transfer primary to secondary/or bottles.

Bummer i was looking forward to meeting some locals today, but something has come up, so i guess i'm gonna have to wait till next month to meet y'all.

I'm gonna try to make it sunday, meet some local homebrewers & soak up any info...

Hello All, started homebrewing last year, brewed 2 batches, and getting the itch to start my 1st brew of this year. Going with an Oktoberfest Ale, since really enjoyed drinking Oktoberfest's this past fall.
