    Blueberry Cider

    alright, I havnt been on this board in ages... sorry guys. I'm currently in my freshman year at RPI, so ive been displaced from my brewing. sadly brewing isnt allowed in freshman dorms... maybe next year at the chi phi house... my cider is still sitting in secondary back home, about 2.5 gallons...

    Yeast strain for fresh blueberry

    cote de blancs will give a little bit sweeter wine than some of the other yeasts, but I would guess it would still give you a great tasting wine if done right. one piece of advice though, cote de blancs is a very calm/slow fermenter, so dont get too worried if you dont see bubbles.

    Victoria BC

    Victoria is just wonderful, its like going to europe but without the 8 hour sardine can trip and languages you dont know. I visited last year for a day and now I just wish we had cities like that in the US.

    from what I've seen, you need alot less equipment to make wine. I still only vaguely understand all the steps beer must go though and the equipment you need to use.

    first of all I would call that a real score. I assume itl come out well with age, fruit is always a nice touch if your trying to cover something up or not.

    search panty dropper cider on the forums and the recipe will come up. to make it cranberry I just added a bag of craisins and a can of cranberry concentrate to the 2 gallon batch at secondary. its not a very strong flavor, I think ill add more next time i do it. The color of it is just beautiful.
