    Thank you for the recipe! Unfotunately, I only have a few weeks. Perhaps I should just do a fast and dirty cider and save the cyser for later. I wonder if it is the honey that slows fermentation down so much? I am still curious about back sweetening with honey.

    BMC has it's place. My favorite is a delightful game where a can is lobbed through the air toward someone bent on impaling it upon a long spear. It's not something I often choose to drink but on Fridays my dad comes over and we have a bmc-lite together. It's my favorite beer of the week...
