    Uncrushed grain shelf life

    I have a relative that works with Rahr Malting in Minnesota and he has mentioned that he might be able to get me some 2-row...How long will this keep if I do get a large amount from him uncrushed? Any ideas? I am relatively new to All Grain and not sure how much I take so it does not go to waste.
