How many Fizz Drops for 1 liter bottles?

Hey Everyone, This is my first time bottling. I'll be bottling in 1 liter bottles using the Fizz Drops. The instructions on the bottle say 1 drop for 12-16 fl. oz bottles and 2 drops for 22oz bottles. The conversation I've come up with shows to use 2.75 drops for a liter. Would it be best to...

    Can you ferement too long?

My beer will hit the 2 weeks of fermenting mark this coming Tuesday. I have ordered bottles to bottle the beer in, but I do not think they'll make it here by this Tuesday. What is the maximum amount of time I could leave the beer in the 1 gallon fermenting jug without hurting it?

White fuzz and brown crust on glass above beer

I don't have another jug as of now, but will be ordering another one for the future. I'll keep my eye on it and be careful while bottling. I'll keep everyone updated if the beer comes out tasting bad.

Bottling in the rubber-gasketed swing-top growlers

Hey Everyone, I'm a first time home brewer. I have some growlers that I plan to bottle in. These growlers are not screw top and have the rubber-gasketed swing-top closure. I'm reading mixed reviews on bottling in growlers, but everything I can find refers to the screw top growlers. Has...
