    Midwest Supplies

    Placed my second order ever on 4/22 and it shipped on 5/1. I inquired about the slowness and received the same response. It arrived with a bag of busted grain and just very poorly packed. I sent an email and filled out the customer survey but got no response. I don't think I will continue...

    Kegging

    I'm working on my set up now. The cost so far is like this: $240 - 2 pin locks, hoses, regulator and taps (keg connection) and $30 temp controller (ebay, home depot). I am still looking for a co2 tank. My LHBS wants $130 for a new full 5lb which I think is a little high. I have been searching...

    How long does an extract kit last?

    We must have purchased the same Groupon as I bought the same kit and just brewed it last weekend. Everything looked and smelled good. I used dry yeast and it started quickly and looks healthy.
