So, I'm toying with the idea of making the following recipe that I've come up with. Any ideas/critiques would be greatly appreciated.
Grain:
6 lbs Dry Dark Malt: 6 lbs
Dark Chocolate Malt: 12 oz
Munich Malt: 10 oz
Roasted Barley: 10 oz
Hops: Cascade 1 oz at 60 minutes, and .5 oz at 30...
I would love to be able to put in a tower, but the fridge is going to be in an area where a tower won't work.

While looking at craigslist I found a Magic Chef 4.4 cubic foot mini fridge for $10. Have you guys had any luck turning one of these into a kegerator? Also anyone recommend a kegerator conversion kit? I currently am kegging with a picnic tap.

I'm thinking about purchasing a Danby 5.8 Cu. Ft. Capacity Keg Cooler and wondering what additional parts I'll need to buy in order to use it with my cornie kegs. Does it come with adapters to hook the beer line and the gas line to the cornie?
There is a slot on the disconnect that you can adjust with a screwdriver... when I open that up I can get beer out of the tap, but it also comes out of the top of the disconnect.
Ok... still no luck. Took everything apart and the dip tube is clean and liquid is able to come out of it. I'm thinking it's gotta be the actual tap (which is brand new from Austin Homebrew)
