I am planning something similar but your duct work looks to be a larger diameter then what i was planning to use.
What size duct fan are you using?
I am not the expert on this by any means but i have tried the diffusion stones attached to a gas in line via a 2' hose and i wasnt impressed in fact i stopped using it.
They have to be cleaned (and i mean boiled) after every batch other wise they will clog

I have always read not to use more than 10% and Beersmith concurs however..
I did a search and found a couple of beers that use large amounts of it with success..
i have used a 20 oz tank and it really is only good for about 1.5 corny kegs.. I have not been able to get two cornies carbed and poured out of one fill on the 20 oz.
If it you dont mind getting it filled often then go for it.. otherwise a 2.5 or 5 lb tank would be better.
Dont feel bad.. I had not referenced Palmers Nomograph for carbing before, however I am sure pretty sure i would have not used it correctly the first time.

Would installing a sub breaker box with the correct 15 amp breakers be a viable option?
It can be done on 110VAC but like 'The Pol' said it is tricky.. You need separate circuits for each element.
Which may or may not be available where you plan on brewing.. Luckily i have them available.. but if you can get 240VAC definitely do that.
