I hear ya.....I change styles I drink and brew all the time. For a while there, all I craved was hops and hops and well you get the point. The suddenly I found myself craving the really malty beers again....it's all cyclical.....atleast for me it is.
Wel....modifed the kegerator for my son's bday bash and this is what I did......I installed 3' extra of beer line to the already 3' of beer line in the kegerator for my corney setup. I installed the 1/2 barrel and flowed it at 4 psi and it flos great. No issues, no foaming.
Hey brother looks good....I have a question:
Why go through all the trouble of cutting, demo'ing, fabricating etc instead of just gettting a chest freezer, rigging up a two stage controller and using it that way?
Seems like a boat load of work to me, but looks great.
