I started brewing in 2009 or 2010 when I lived in Buffalo, NY. Now I work at a homebrew shop in Belleville/Edwardsville, IL and am brewing more than ever. For the past year or so I have stuck to brewing mostly one gallon batches because I like to experiment with different grains, hops, and other additions. I now feel like I have 3 or 4 great recipes that I would like to always have in my closet (I bottle... and I like it).
