Is your concern for the height or diameter? If it is the height just measure it. If you are concerned about the diameter of the keg, just draw a circle of the correct diameter on a piece of paper, cut out and place in fridge.
Tried to pick up a 6.5 gallons of boiling wort before it boiled over. I wasn't wearing shoes and some of it sloshed out and onto my feet. Luckily it wasn't much and didn't leave any scars. I learned my lesson and convinced the wife I needed a new boil kettle.
I have placed several orders with them with no problem except for one order. Last summer I ordered liquid yeast with a cold pack. I live in Texas so it was a short delivery time but even so the yeast was too still got too hot and died before fermentation. I will still use them but in the summer...
Pretty much. They have tables set up for the homebrewers and attendees can walk around sample the beer with the small serving cups they are given. Last year each person had a marble that they would give to their favorite brewer for the People's Choice award.
Really enjoyed it last year and this year it looks to be better. I want to enter, but am moving to a new house in April and that is gonna disrupt a lot of my brewing. Hopefully I will be able to enter though.
