    Question.. after the 2 weeks when u rack to a secondary could you just move to a corney.. add the Jameson vanilla mixture and allow it to age in the keg ?.. or should you age in a secondary carboy ?.. I'd imagine most of the fermentation would be done after the initial 2 weeks ?.. just curious...

    We moved into a new house and the basement stays very cold with the air on so no it was well.under 68.. you think it'll be ok just simply moving to a warmer spot in the house

I tasted it and it tasted sweet ( per the priming sugar).. not sure why it didn't Carb.. I brought up to a warmer part of the house to see if that helps but does...

    I've never made a starter and had never had a problem with a well shaken room temp vial of white labs blowing through the airlock in the first 24.. even producing higher gravity clones of things like mad elf ( 10% abv)... haven't noticed off flavors but then again I've never brewed with 2 vials...

    Forgive me if this was answered but is two vials of yeast necessary if I'm in no hurry? ?.. couldn't I just let it sit for 3-5 weeks to completely ferment out pitching just 1 vial of the white labs.. thanks alot

    10 days in the secondary mark is tomorrow.. gonna let it sit till Tuesday ( full day off) .. and bottle some to share and keg the rest.. out of all that I've brewed this has been the hardest to wait for LOL.... cheers

I started making smaller batches (2.5 gallons).. gave me right around 1 case of homebrew.. when I bottled I used the ratio of 1/2 cup corn sugar to 1 cup water.. boiled .. dropped to 70.. added to bottling bucket then racked ontop and bottled... never had a...

    Finished brewing this yesterday.. added a whirlfloc tab as I'm weird about clear beers LOL but smelled incredible with the cinnamon and pineapple.. can't wait to taste this. Cheers for a recipe that I can already tell is going to be on tap in my "cave" for a while
