    My fault for not being clear. Put the Biofine in the keg and transfer onto it and if you are force carbonating then shake like normal and throw it in the fridge after that.     I use Biofine quite regularly and have never racked the beer off of it. You may get some cloudy beers for the first few but then I have had very clear beers come from using the Biofine. Give it a good couple of hours after you transfer and get the keg into your fridge. Dirk

    You may try freezing the fruit and also make sure you cold crash for a couple of days prior to racking on the fruit. Freezing the fruit should help get rid of any bugs on the fruit.

    I couldn't find a hose clamp the other day when I transferred so I just used a zip tie and my bubbles were gone.

    How do I disconnect a whirlpool pump without spilling everywhere

    You can take a pot or pitcher and disconnect the line running into the whirlpool and empty into the pitcher. Then disconnect the line out of the kettle and hold it up to drain the rest of the liquid through the pump and into the pitcher. Dirk
