Garage winemaker for 5yrs using approx 1000lbs of mendocino county grapes each year. Cab, Zin, and petite syrah. I was reluctant to brew beer because of expense and plenty of micro brews on the market. I now see the LIGHT! Love brewing and will ramp up to all grain soon! Skys the limit!
